Account Deletion

This page explains how customers and riders can request deletion of a Nourri Express account, including accounts used in the Nourri Express customer app and the Nourri Rider app.

How to request account deletion

Email us at support@nourriexpress.com with the subject line "Nourri account deletion request".

Please send the request from the email address or phone number associated with your account, or include enough account details for us to verify that the request is yours. We may ask for additional information before deleting the account if we cannot verify the request.

What will be deleted

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize account information tied to your Nourri account, such as your profile, saved addresses, saved contact details, app preferences, device tokens, and non-essential support records.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, payment reconciliation, dispute-resolution, or platform-security purposes. For example, we may need to keep order, delivery, payout, or payment records for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business needs.

How long deletion takes

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some retained records may remain for longer where retention is required or permitted by law, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
